For responding to the Discussion question, I would like to first say that the clean air act (42 U.S.C. § 7401), is simply a United States federal law that has been specifically designed to impose control on the air pollution that is being counted on the national level. It is in the United States first and is considered as one of the most comprehensive air quality in the world. The Clean Air Act, is a law that has been enacted to reduce the deteriorating condition of air pollution. Under this particular act, I do consider that a new company or an organization which is actually wishing to construct a factory therein to apply for a permit as received from the state.
